Laser Scanning Services

Brandner Design Laser Scanning Services will take your project from start to finish using cutting edge technology to create a 3D as-built model. This model can be used to measure and build from or record existing conditions and added features. With a complete scan of your project, a 3D point cloud is produced which can be converted into any CAD based program for development of your project with a high level of accuracy reducing time, costs and eliminating fitment issues that result from measurement errors.

Metal Shop

Brandner Design’s metal shop services include welding, forming, blacksmithing, machining, and CNC laser cutting by our sister company True Cut Laser. Our highly skilled artists and innovative metal workers welcome custom work and can perform the most complex structural and finely detailed ornamental finishes. From complex architectural features such as stairs, pivot doors, railings, oven hoods, paneling, hardware, lighting and sculptural works, both cast and fabricated, great care is taken to understand our customers’ needs and provide the quality and perfection necessary to exceed their expectations.

Our mill work shop is equipped to perform every aspect of woodworking in-house by skilled craftsmen. From fine furniture, kitchen cabinets and built-ins to custom doors and trim packages our staff strives to produce the highest quality work that exceeds our clients expectations. Working hand-in-hand with our metal shop, the woodworking staff helps carefully blend two very different mediums into fine works of art.

Finishes

Brandner Design offers finishes for both wood and steel. Cerused, Stained and Burned Shou Sugi Ban finishes are just  a few of our innovative wood finishes. We also understand wood stains, lacquers and hand rubbed finishes and are able to match colors to compliment any interior or existing finish in any type of wood.

As for steel…we are at the forefront of innovative metal finishes, continuously exploring the possibilities of acid patinas to create an array of signature finishes that add excitement and emotion to cold, raw steel. Fabricated accessories, architectural features, furniture and wall panels are the canvas where we, as artists, express this ever changing medium.
