Brandner Design’s Garage Door Panels are made from 16G stainless steel or 16G Hot rolled steel. Panels are precision laser cut to size per the garage door core size. Cut panels come with a industrial 3M adhesive for gluing or Brandner Design can glue the steel panels onto the cores provided. Additional screws can be added to finished panels for aesthetics if requested. Stainless steel finish options include sandblasted black or bronze, as well as weathered black or bronze. Hot rolled steel is available in either a raw hot rolled finish sealed with wax/oil, or a pre-rusted finish also sealed with wax/oil. Acrylic sealers are not recommended for exterior panels. Hot-rolled panels are subject to rusting depending on exposure and climate.
