The Sales Place I-Beam Stair is a unique design perfect for placing stairs in areas where connecting to a wall is not possible or not desired. With its centered I-beam stringer design, this stair only requires two points of attachment, one at the base, and one at the top.

This minimalistic and industrial design of the Sales Place I-Beam Stair is perfectly complemented by the cleanness of its thin blackened stainless steel posts and rod baluster railings. The white oak treads and top railing give a subtle warm and rustic touch to this modern Sales Place Residence.
Available in many custom designs and applications.
